Day 7: The Deep, The Fried, and the Ugly
It rained quite a bit this morning, but then the sun came out and boiled the water off for a nice steamy afternoon. This is fair weather, so to speak.

Wow, has he changed... sort of...
Ladies and Gentlemen, Elvis has left the fairgrounds...

Hmmm. Fascinating. A bunch of people sitting around and watching a video program on garbage. If I want to see garbage on TV, well, I just stay home and turn on the Fox network...

Three little girls getting ice cream.

Of course, everyone loves the new John Denver ride...

Sultry...
It's SANTA and Mrs. Claus! Now I know what he does during the off season...
Actually, I did get to talk to Santa for a bit. He the official Southdale Santa and he gave me his business card (seriously). When I asked if I could sit on his lap and tell him what I wanted for Christmas, he just looked at me kind of funny. One minute he's all Jolly, and then he looks at me like I'm some kind of demented elf. I think he's on Prozac.

Hey Santa... This man kills reindeer... Let's put a check in the naughty column, okay?
Alternate caption: Dad on a stick.

One of my favorites so far.

The tempest...

Okay, this is the only (semi) Kiss I've got so far. That's one of my assignments (no, I haven't forgot all of those suggestions). I can probably do better, but I figured I better get at least one kiss picture...

Dorothy doesn't seem real happy with the Tin Man...
(It was Charlie Brown About Town day at the fair, so they had lots of different Charlie Browns about. This was my favorite).

Earl tries to flip a frog onto a lily pad. I think that's Roseanne in the left side of the picture. Whack them froggies, Earl!
